We want you to love your Toxicframes purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
- Email loaycruncher@toxicframes.net with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a tracked shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products and downloads
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
